Printing conditions:
1. Flexo plate version: 300-800 lines/inch
2. Printing speed: 50-100m/min
3. Printing ink viscosity: dot printing: 18-22S, zhan 4# cup; field printing: 12-15S, zahn 4# cup

Instructions for use:
Stir well before use and test viscosity and color.
Dilution: Ready ink for printing, general no need dilute. if viscosity too thick, can be dilute by ethonal or water.
try to keep the ink in a dynamic state to prevent the ink from drying and scumming.
Please clean the ink tank and roller in time after printing stop. Cover remaining ink barrel in time to prevent debris from falling into or drying out.
